Feb 2018 - Current: Interactive Designer at Internetrix.
As an interactive design, I am responsible for understanding the client’s business needs and product requirements and transforming them into the best possible user experience for users. I create user-focused, accessible, WCAG 2.1 compliant products, interfaces, and platforms for mobile and web. The clients have ranged from small to medium businesses to large enterprise companies and organisations.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients from initial project planning through to development. Validating design concepts along the way
Designing websites from low-fidelity sketches and wireframes to creative implementation to high-fidelity prototypes
HTML. CSS, SCSS, and (basic) React conversions of flat-screen prototypes into interactive templates in preparation for further development
Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale both verbally and visually to internal teams and clients
Produce user requirements specifications, personas, decision trees, screen flows, design prototypes, and design specifications
Working closely with the engineering team to ensure that design specifications are implemented correctly
Conducting accessibility audits and test

Jan 2018 - April 2018: Intern at The Remarkable Woman.
As a graphic design intern, I was responsible for producing digital design materials, including presentation slides, social imagery, brochures, banners, and print collateral. The primary objective of my role was to produce digital designs for the Remarkable Woman’s event: Time's Up! Progress Starts Now!
Responsibilities:
Creating graphical content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator.
Designing flyers with written and graphical content.
Designing other marketing material such as banners with written and graphical content.
Nov 2017 - Jan 2018: Intern at Internetrix.
As a graphic design intern, I was responsible for completing a fictional event branding project, including branding collateral, event merchandise material, and an event website. The primary objective of my role was to complete a branding project for a fictional event to gain industry experience while working with the Internetrix design team.

Designing a brand for a fictional event, with a branding kit and style guide
Designing eight-page templates in Adobe Photoshop
Converting flat-screen designs into a HTML and CSS mockup

As a digital designer, I was responsible for working alongside the lead designer to produce digital design materials, including brochures, banners, and website updates. The primary objective of my role was to assist the lead designer with all digital designs.
